Food for Thought: Episode 1
Welcome to French Grits’ inaugural “Food for Thought” blog post. The idea is to provide a little culinary content curation for your reading pleasure. Each week I’ll post links to food related articles, videos, etc. that I’ve found interesting and want to share with you. This week is a good one! And I’m not just saying that because Ina Garten is one of the headliners, although it never hurts.
We’ve had some beautiful weather this week in the Lake Norman area, and our weekend forecast is looking just as good with temperatures in the 70s! Spring is in the air. It makes me want to be outside as much as possible as well as reorganize every cabinet and closet in my house.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend, whatever your plans may be!

I heart Ina.
